I settled in the Eugene/Springfield area in 1989 after leaving the United States Air Force. I worked for a local finance company for six years before becoming a Wholesale Account Executive selling mortgage products to Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage Bankers, and mortgage Brokers in Oregon. Unfortunately, in 2008 the country experienced a recession which resulted in some tough times in the Mortgage industry. I weathered the downturn in the mortgage industry and decided to become a retail loan officer working directly with the local community. My extensive wholesale lending background aides me in helping the consumer avoid many of the pitfalls in todays conservative and complicated lending environment.
I strive to deliver a professional and personal experience for my customers. While I embrace technology, I strongly believe that there is still a place for direct personal contact between myself and my clients. My goal is to be my clients lender for life and trusted real estate advisor.
